Yin
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice. Poses are held for several minutes to allow the Chi (life energy) to flow freely through the body, restoring balance and vitality. In my classes, I use a Tibetan singing bowl and essential oils to achieve deeper relaxation.
Suitable for: Beginners and advanced practitioners who need to slow down, give their mind and body a break, and reconnect with themselves.

Hatha
Hatha yoga is a dynamic and balanced practice that combines asanas (poses), breathing techniques, and meditation. In the classes, emphasis is placed on proper technique and breathing to achieve harmony between the mind and body.
Suitable for: Beginners and advanced practitioners who want to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and learn to manage stress through breathing practices and mindful movement.
