WHY HELLO THERE, FELLOW EXPLORER!

Let me share my journey quickly so you know that life - much like art - rarely follows a straight path...

  • Funny story - I actually put my camera away for nearly 10 years! Then one day, I booked a yoga and safari retreat in Botswana - and it completely changed my life. Watching the wild, breathing in nature, and reconnecting with silence sparked something deep inside me. I picked up my camera again, and photography became my way of meditating — a way to notice the present moment and share what can’t be put into words.

  • It’s easy - just contact me here! Tell me your idea, where you are (or where you’re heading), and let’s bring your vision to life.

  • I shoot with a Fujifilm X-T30 II, my travel soulmate. My main lenses are the Fujinon 27mm f/2.8 (perfect for street and travel photography) and the Sigma 18–50mm f/2.8 (my go-to for events, concerts, and weddings). Lightweight, fast, and reliable — just how I like my camera gear (and my coffee).

  • I’ve learned from amazing mentors, including documentary filmmaker Nicholas Roosen (National Geographic, PBS, Arte). I’m also trained at BECA Photography Academy, where I developed my visual storytelling approach.

    • Travel photography – capturing landscapes, urban streets, and cultural moments around the world.

    • Event and festival photography – telling stories through candid, raw moments.

    • Portrait photography – highlighting personality, emotion, and connection.

    • Weddings – real emotions, not stiff poses. Think storytelling over staged smiles.

  • Absolutely! I’m a bit of a digital nomad at heart. I take on destination photography projects worldwide — from weddings and retreats to festivals and creative collaborations. If it involves a good story and good light, count me in.

  • Yoga found me when I needed it most. Yoga helped me reconnect with my body, peace, and purpose. My first solo trip was a yoga retreat in Bali, and it was so transformative that I later traveled to India for a full Yoga Teacher Training. That experience deepened not only my practice but also how I see the world - with patience, compassion, and curiosity.
Now, yoga and photography are intertwined in my life. I also share my yoga experience on my YouTube channel

  • Before focusing on photography, I worked as a UX/UI designer for Coca-Cola and on freelance projects. My design experience enhances my photography by giving me a strong sense of composition, color, and visual storytelling. Check out my design portfolio.

  • I have photographed in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Portugal, Morocco Bulgaria, and across Europe and Asia. My work spans wildlife safaris, urban landscapes, cultural festivals, and portrait sessions.

So Christina, what’s your why?

I believe stories — whether told through photos, yoga, or design — have the power to heal, connect, and transform.

My mission is to inspire others to embrace their creative journey, to find beauty in simplicity, and to cultivate balance in a busy world. Whether you’re here to see my photography, join a yoga class, or explore design work, I want you to feel welcomed, inspired, and encouraged to follow your own path.
