Why hello there, fellow explorer!

Let me share my journey quickly so you know that life - much like art - rarely follows a straight path...

A woman on a boat taking a photograph with a long camera lens of elephants near a water body on a clear day.

I started my career as a UX/UI designer, creating digital experiences for big brands like The Coca-Cola Company. But over time, my heart pulled me toward other forms of expression - photography and yoga.

During a powerful photography, safari and yoga retreat in Chobe, Botswana, that my love for photography truly came back to life. Being so close to wildlife and vast, untouched landscapes reignited a deep, forgotten love for photography. I studied under Nicholas Roosen, a documentary filmmaker whose work has appeared on National Geographic, PBS, and Arte.

That experience led me to enroll in the BECA photography academy- a space dedicated to refining artistic vision and building strong photographic narratives.

After shooting my first wedding, events, and festivals, I discovered that photography is my way to tell stories that words can’t capture. Capturing moments of raw emotion, movement, and stillness became my new creative language.

A woman practicing yoga in a minimalist room with white brick walls, an ornate wooden cabinet, and artwork. She is wearing a white top and yellow pants, balancing on one foot with her other foot held behind her, and one arm extended upwards.

At the same time, my yoga journey began with a solo retreat in Bali. It led me to train as a yoga teacher in India and inspired me to share mindfulness and movement both online — through my YouTube channel - and in-person classes.

I’m now building a life where design, photography, and yoga blend - a place where I can share stories, invite stillness, and inspire connection.

So Christina, what’s your why?

I believe stories — whether told through photos, yoga, or design — have the power to heal, connect, and transform.

My mission is to inspire others to embrace their creative journey, to find beauty in simplicity, and to cultivate balance in a busy world. Whether you’re here to see my photography, join a yoga class, or explore design work, I want you to feel welcomed, inspired, and encouraged to follow your own path.
